Toughened high impact resistant ABS with corrosion resistance ABS material

High impact resistance

The butadiene rubber phase is dispersed in a rigid matrix, which causes silver lines to absorb energy upon impact (with an impact strength of 20-40 kJ/m ²), much higher than ordinary PS plastics (≈ 5 kJ/m ²).

Processability

Wide melting temperature range (180-240 ºC), good fluidity, suitable for injection molding, extrusion, and 3D printing (commonly used consumables in FDM process).

Excellent surface decoration

Styrene gives high glossiness and can be directly electroplated, sprayed, and printed (such as car grilles and keyboard keys).

dimensional stability

Low shrinkage rate (0.4-0.7%), the molded parts are not easily deformed, and the tolerance control is precise.
