High strength and high rigidity
33% glass fiber-filled PA66 features a high flexural modulus and rigidity close to that of metals
Meanwhile, it has excellent creep resistance and fatigue resistance, with small deformation under long-term load, making it suitable for dynamically stressed components

2. Excellent high-temperature resistance
The heat distortion temperature (HDT) can reach 220-265ºC, the continuous service temperature can reach 120-150ºC, and it can withstand short-term temperatures above 240ºC. Its performance attenuation is small at high temperatures, and the thermal decomposition temperature is above 350ºC, making it suitable for high-temperature environments such as engine compartments.


3. Chemical resistance and wear resistance
PA66 GF33 has good resistance to engine oil, weak acids and alkalis, and organic solvents, and has excellent self-lubricating properties with a low coefficient of friction. It is suitable for wear-resistant components such as bearings and gears
