Product Description

PEI GF30 is a high-performance composite material of 30% glass fiber reinforced polyetherimide (PEI), with the following core characteristics:

1. High strength and rigidity: The tensile strength reaches 135-160MPa, the bending strength is 210MPa, and the modulus is increased to 7.6GPa, which is significantly better than pure PEI and suitable for high load scenarios.   

2. Excellent heat resistance: Long term use temperature of 170 ºC, short-term up to 200 ºC, thermal deformation temperature of 210 ºC, excellent dimensional stability, and a thermal expansion coefficient as low as 30 × 10^-6/K.

3. Chemical and electrical properties: resistant to chemical corrosion, flame retardant rating UL94 V-0, volume resistivity 10¹⁴ -10¹⁶Ω· cm, suitable for electronic insulation components.   

4. Processing requirements: PCD coated cutting tools are required for processing to avoid stress cracking, and water-soluble cutting fluid cooling is recommended.  
 
5. Widely applicable: Used for high stress components in automotive parts, semiconductor equipment, aerospace, and new energy fields.
