Tensile strength: 105-260 MPa, flexural strength: 200-290 MPa, flexural modulus: 6-7 GPa, far exceeding pure PEEK (such as PEEK-1000)

High rigidity and creep resistance, minimal deformation under long-term load, suitable for load-bearing components in aerospace and industrial equipment

Thermal properties:
Long term use temperature of 250 ºC, short-term temperature resistance of 310 ºC, thermal deformation temperature (1.8MPa) ≥ 250 ºC, load thermal deformation temperature up to 332 ºC

Linear thermal expansion coefficient ≤ 30 × 10 ^-6/K (0-150 ºC), close to aluminum metal, excellent dimensional stability

Chemical and Electrical Properties:
Chemical corrosion resistance (soluble only in concentrated sulfuric acid), flame retardant rating UL94 V-0, volume resistivity 10¹⁴ -10¹⁶Ω· cm, suitable for semiconductor and electrical insulation components
